Hot Entrée: Penne vegetable. Penne pasta with rich marinara sauce, cauliflower, carrot, green and red bell peppers.
Hot Entrée: Polpetone, Italian meatloaf. Delicious meatloaf made with line ground beef, bacon, parmesan cheese, spiced with nutmeg and oregano. Served with rich tomato sauce with wine, sprinkled with more parmesan cheese.
Side Dish: Mashed potato.
